If you prefer to use your own transport partner, this option is also available. Once your order has been packed and is ready for dispatch, please send a request to info@dparts.ee, including your order number, so we can provide you with the exact dimensions and weight of the package.

Payment

Payment for orders is processed during checkout on our website. We use the secure payment system of our partner, Montonio Finance OÜ. You can choose one of the following payment methods:

- Bank link (Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Citadele, Revolut, Nordea, Danske, OP, S-Pankki, and other banks in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, and Finland)

For warranty service you will need:

  • Correctly filled warranty sheet with noted model and serial number of the product and purchase date;
  • Invoice;
  • Full assembly of the product.

Complaint filling order:

  1. Inform your sales manager about the problem;
  2. Fill in the complaint form;
  3. Send filled form via e-mail to info@dparts.ee or hand it over to our representative at our office;
  4. Provide nessesery information if needed so.

Warranty service is not valid if:

  • Warranty sheet is lost or not filled correctly;
  • Product has mechanical injuries or disassembeled;
  • Factory seal is broken or injured;
  • Conditions of use, transporttion or storage were violated;
  • Repairs were made by unauthorized personnel;
  • Used non-genuine components.
